Stevia concentrate 80g
Stevia concentrate is used in the preparation of confectionery, syrups, jams, compotes, and also for the preparation of drinks. Does not change the structure during heat treatment. The presence of Rebaudioside A (obtained from the stevia plant) improves the taste of the concentrate, making it soft.
Application 1:280 in relation to sugar.
Composition: Steviol glycoside (E960a) 100%, of which rebaudioside A makes up 60%.
